Payment & Shipping


All prices are in Australian dollars. Payment is securely handled by Paypal but you do not need to have a Paypal account to purchase. Take a look at the options when you check out. You can securely use a credit card.

Security & Privacy:

As your payment is handled by Paypal, your credit card information is never provided to a thoughtful spot. Any personal information you pass on to a thoughtful spot, such as your address, will remain private.

Domestic Shipping:

Shipping costs can be found for each product by adding them to your cart.

All items under $40 are sent via Australia Post. This has proven to be a reliable, low cost way to ship nationally, but it does not offer tracking. If you would like the added security of registered post, please leave a note with your order.

All items over $40 are shipped via Australia Post Registered mail. Each posted article has a unique identification number, allowing for added security with the ability track sent items.

You will be notified via email when your order is shipped.

International Shipping:

We are very happy to offer international shipping however, should you wish to place an international order, please contact us directly, rather than adding items to your cart.

International postage costs are calculated by weight and country of destination in strict accordance with Australian International Registered Post shipping fees. Items are sent using Registered post, allowing for added security with the ability to track sent items, as well as a signed record of delivery. Packages typically arrive within 3-10 working days. You will be notified via email when your order is shipped.

Please note: International customers are responsible for all import duty and customs fees.

Wait Times:

Items currently in stock will be shipped within three days of purchase order. All other items may have a slightly longer wait time of 1-2 weeks before they are ready to ship, depending on the length of time it takes to hand make them.
