Frequently asked questions


How do I clean my products?

Coffee Sacks (buckets): Should only be spot cleaned with a damp cloth and allowed to dry.

Linen (bags): All linen has been pre-laundered and can therefore be machine washed on a cold, gentle cycle and line dried. Products may be ironed after washing if necessary.

Cotton (toys): Cotton used in our toys has been pre-laundered. Toys can be machine washed on a cold, gentle cycle and line dried.

Wool (floor cushions): Should only be spot cleaned with a damp cloth and allowed to dry. Do not rub the wool, as it will knot. If desired, lemon juice can be mixed with water to eradicate any smells in the wool.


Do you still sell products marked as sold out?

In most cases, if a product is listed in the shop as 'sold out', replacement items will be available shortly. Please check back in a few days. If the product you’re after is still unavailable, please contact us.


Do you still sell products that have been removed from the website?

If there is a product you have seen that you would like to purchase but no longer seems available, please contact us. We may be able to remake the product, or in some cases, a variation of the same product with differing materials. Please note, as all items are handmade, there will be a wait time of 1-2 weeks before new products are ready to ship. If you have questions about the status of your order, please feel free to contact us.


Can I get a custom order made?

Depending on the requirements of an item and the availability of materials, you may be able to order a custom product. Please contact us with your request.

I live in/around Melbourne. Can I pick up my order?

Our studio is not currently open to the public, however we do sell at markets around town. If you would like to be kept up to date with store information, such as where you can find us in person, please leave your details including your email address on the contact us page.


Do you have a phone number?

Email is really the best way to contact us. If there is ever an issue that requires a phone call, we are happy to give you a call.
